1. Brush a layer of the teeth gloss onto dry teeth.
2. Close your mouth and even out with your lips.

Belissas Power Whitening Strips
1. Brush your teeth thoroughly so nothing comes between the gel and your tooth.
2. Remove the strips and apply them to each row of teeth.
3. Treat for 10-30 minutes.
4. After treatment, remove the strips and any access gel.
5. Repeat the process 1-10 days in a row, or until you have reached desired result.
