- 1. Brush a layer of the teeth gloss onto dry teeth.
- 2. Close your mouth and even out with your lips.
- Belissas Power Whitening Strips
- 1. Brush your teeth thoroughly so nothing comes between the gel and your tooth.
- 2. Remove the strips and apply them to each row of teeth.
- 3. Treat for 10-30 minutes.
- 4. After treatment, remove the strips and any access gel.
- 5. Repeat the process 1-10 days in a row, or until you have reached desired result.
