We feel that it is very important that our Belissas Whitening customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. If you are ordering within Sweden your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days after you have placed your order. Most orders are received within 1-2 business days.
Orders within Europe should be delivered within 2-5 business days after placed order.
Unfortunately, any orders to the UK are being delivered within 1-3 weeks since Brexit. This has become a problem for many companies shipping to the UK since 1 January 2021 hopefully there will be a new and improved solution as soon as possible.

Our great customer service team will instruct you on where to send your product to and as soon as we receive the product, we will be able to process the return.

To be able to offer this service to our customers, we are unfortunately not able to cover return shipping, nor do we refund shipping costs.

If for any reason you wish to return your product within 14 days of receiving please email us at [email protected]. All products that are to be returned should be in their original sealed packaging in order for us to be able to approve a return and refund the money. We do not refund the shipping cost for returns. All customers are responsible for making sure that the product arrives at the correct address.

We recommend to store any gel products (Super Kit Pro, Gel Refills, Pen, Strips) in the fridge or a cool, dry place away from direct sun. The effectiveness of the products will be weakened if left in sunlight / heat.
Our Belissas Charcoal Whitening Powder should be stored in a dry place but does not need to be in the fridge.
Our toothpastes, brushes and floss can be stored in usual places.
That all depends on the result that you wish to achieve and which product you have purchased. Also, remember that this can vary from person to person depending on many different things. Here are some guidelines for each product:
Be-White Teeth Whitening Super Kit PAP+ First time whitening your teeth? 10-20 minutes a day for 5-14 days in a row will give you your maximum result. If you experience sensitivity take a break for a couple of days. If you experience that your teeth are not getting any whiter after any number of days, this could be a sign that you have reached your personal maximum result.
If you already have whitened your teeth previously, you can touch up with this kit every 1-3 months or as needed, 10-20 minutes a day for 1-5 days.
Be-White Charcoal Whitening Powder The perfect product for an instant stain removal. This can be used daily or as a quick fix before a meeting, a party, a date or any other special occasion.
Be-White Teeth Whitening Strips First time whitening your teeth? 10-30 minutes a day for 5-14 days in a row will give you your maximum result. If you experience sensitivity take a break for a couple of days. If you experience that your teeth are not getting any whiter after any number of days, this could be a sign that you have reached your personal maximum result.
If you already have whitened your teeth previously, you can touch up with our Strips every 1-3 months or as needed, 10-30 minutes a day for 1-5 days.
Be-White Teeth Whitening Pen The perfect product to keep in your handbag or travel bag for on-the-go Teeth Whitening. We recommend the pen to be used a compliment to the Be-White Super Kit Pro and the Be-White Teeth Whitening Strips or for individual stain removals or touch ups. Works perfectly around a brace as the fine brush allows you to get to those hard-to-reach areas.
Be-White Teeth Whitening Refill Kit Our Refill Kit contains 2 x 5ml gel to be used with the mouth trays and light in the Be-White Super Kit Pro. This refill kit is enough for up to 14 treatments.
Be-White Teeth Whitening Floss This product can be used daily and replace regular flossing. The charcoal helps remove stains from in between your teeth.
Belissas Teeth Whitening Products contain between 0-0,1% peroxide – following EU regulations. This amount of peroxide will not cause any damage to teeth or gums although sensitivity can occur. The sensitivity is not caused by the whitening but can still be uncomfortable and scary. Around 0,01% of our customers experience this and have reported that the sensitivity is relieved after between a couple of hours to a couple of days after treatment. We always recommend taking a break from the treatment to allow the sensitivity settle. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions in regards to sensitivity after usage of our products.
If you have healthy teeth and gums, it is not necessary to visit a dentist before using our products, as they do not cause damage to teeth or gums.
